Radiation Hardness

At Green Mountain Semiconductor, you'll find many years of experience in memory product development with various degrees of radiation hardness. We deploy multiple design techniques on top of radiation tolerant technology platforms to optimize the overall results in a systematic manner.

Our radiation hardness simulation environment aims to minimize the failure rate while maintaining an optimal power and chip size budget. Rather than deploying all known methods to all circuits, we analyze each circuit block to find the critical areas where the return on investment is optimal.

Edge AI

Reduce data transmission volume and vulnerabilities by processing critical sensor data in situ and at low power. Our neuromorphic computing IP leverages in-memory and near-memory processing for high parallel, low power computing. Based on technology initially funded by the NSF and further developed since the end of Phase 2 funding, we are ready to engage with system developers an software partners to create small form factor low power solutions for any kind of remote sensing situation.

ITAR compliance

Green Mountain Semiconductor is 100% US based and all of our designs are performed by our own employees at our offices in Burlington, VT. We follow all DDTC guidelines and perform regular in-house training and checking to ensure full compliance with all US export regulations, whether a project is ITAR classified or not. We use the latest in-house IT hardware as well as ITAR-compliant cloud computing and cloud backup solutions

Cyber Security

We are continuously working to improve our cyber security measures, including in-house training and self-certification in this fast evolving field.
