LPDDR4/4X/5 secondary PHY available

Green Mountain released a custom implemented secondary physical LPDDR4/4X/5 PHY IP. This is an interface that provides SDRAM LPDDR5 operating at up to 6400 Mbps and LPDDR4/4X at up to 4267 Mbps. This unique solution is available for chips developers seeking the latest high speed, low power LPDDR interface protocol and wanting to accelerate their time to market.
